- Why start out on your own? Understanding the basics of what it means to run a business. The pros and cons. The preparatory steps. Exercise to check your readiness
- Are you ready to break your shackles? This module will help you understand you’re the first steps to venture out on your own. Where are you now? How is your personal cash flow situation? What should you do to secure your current lifestyle through your business.
- Understanding your expertise –How to fine tuning and enhance your expertise and package it. Participants will learn to make an inventory of their experience, cull out the learning and define the expertise gained. They would also learn the methods of packaging the expertise appropriately.
- Developing your business idea. What is your product, what is your value proposition? How will you validate this with clients
- In this module, the initial steps in setting up the business will be taught. Some of the essential steps to establish the business would be explained. Participants will learn about the different kinds of company structures, the pros and cons of each and the process of setting up such companies. Resources for setting up the company would be shared.
- Selling - secrets of selling your expertise. How to acquire clients when you start up. What are the sources for getting clients. How to use the new age digital media to get clients.
- Delivery – after you have secured a business how will you deliver?
